Invitation for Prequalification

Pre-qualification for Provision of Shuttle Bus Services for the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/PQ011/25/TC)

Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is a statutory body wholly owned by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).  Its statutory purpose is to operate and develop Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok. 

The Authority will establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers for the Provision Shuttle Bus Services for the Hong Kong International Airport (“the Services”). The procurement method, conditions for participation and selection criteria are detailed in the Prequalification Invitation Document.

The Pre-qualification Invitation Documents is available for downloading at our ePROS Website.  Applicants who wish to apply for inclusion in the Lists of Pre-qualified suppliers should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com/ to download the Prequalification Invitation Document.  You can only download the Prequalification Invitation Document via our ePROS Website if you hold a Registered Account.  Please go to the Authority's ePROS Website to find out how you can register and apply for a Registered Account.  

Applicants in response to the Invitation for Prequalification must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Prequalification Invitation Document and be submitted via our ePROS Website, as per the instructions set out in the Prequalification Invitation Document and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com/, no later than 16:30 p.m. on 22 December 2025 (Hong Kong time). 

Failure to comply with the requirements as specified in the Pre-qualification Invitation Document may render your submission invalid.  Applicant may be disqualified if the submission does not meet the Authority’s requirement and late submission may not be considered.

Selection of the supplier will be at the sole discretion of the Authority and no reasons will be given for the exclusion of any applicant from the list of supplier.  All costs incurred in connection with this invitation are responsibility of the applicant and nothing connection with this invitation shall constitute an obligation on the part of the Authority.
